Some fun for winter.

Internal Rotation Towel Shoulder Stretch Put towel over right shoulder. Grab towel behind back with left arm. Pull towel up on right side to achieve a stretch in the left shoulder. If you already have more mobility pulling the towel forward over right shoulder can increase the stretch more. Repeat on opposite side.... Remember to warm up first. This is a gentle stretch, do not force. Do not push through pain. Great for after arm day #ShoulderStretch #InternalRotation #AlwaysCarryATowel
