My team and I did the roof structure over the deck and the pot lights.The white posts and collar tie is wrapped in PVC while the inside of the roof is capped with extruded aluminum. We also replaced all the roof shingles and did some miscellaneous painting on the inside We also re-capped all the window frames and installed new vinyl siding on the house. Soundgarden did the stone deck and landscaping and Shea did the custom iron railing.

Designed and built this 11' by 16' deck for a client in Stittsville. joists are 12" on center, bug screen was added below the deck boards to ensure bugs would not come up through the bottom.
