Today I dove back into the creative seat and finished another HSV (high speed vintage) piece. I’m coining the phrase as it’s something new that I’ve been dabbling with on certain projects. A mix of Timelapse Hyperlapse and 8mm film. Backup time 55GB of R3D Raw clips transferred in under 11min to the internal 1TB SSD. One button that’s all. Only 10% battery consumption on the drive. This is an invaluable tool for any creative. This is only one of many features, and after a couple weeks of using the @gnarbox it has become an integral part of my workflow and one of my favourite pieces of equipment.

Found a great spot just off the highway for some golden hour shots. Loving this camera the more I use it. Such an amazing tool.

Was a fun day in the mountains on Monday. I was creating some content for @thinktankphoto and @gnarbox and spending some time with my lady (and talented photog) @dianalengoc all my favourite things. I decided to only take the Komodo and force myself to avoid any photographic urges. I got some very nice shots I’m excited to get some feedback on once my work week slows down. First time at the tea room too! Was a great experience overall.
