A delicious dinner to end the weekend and week 1 of 21 day fix! My hemoglobin has been low, so my neurologist recommended red meat - doctor’s orders!
Me and my workout buddy for the week! I started 21 day fix on Monday and another friend and I are doing it together & holding each other accountable, but my mama has done all the workouts with me this week! Day 5/21 done! #BringBackTheMuscles
Did my first DVD workout in so long this morning!!! 21 Day Fix - upper body. Felt good but it was hard! Gotta work on getting my strength back! It’s definitely a slow process, but I don’t want to keep moving backwards, so there’s no other choice than to push forward. ... Now, to just keep my hand out of the chip bag my husband picked up tonight
Walked 3km this morning!! (With a couple stretch breaks to ease my sore lower back) Plus a little bit of skipping! These chipmunk cheeks aren’t messing around (chipmunk cheeks is Jake’s affectionate name for me )... Then eggs and oatmeal for breakfast! And some downtime until my aunt picks me up to bring me to treatment since the kids spent the night at nana & papa’s! It’s a good morning!
It’s been a busy busy week! I got my 1.7km walk in on Tuesday, but Wednesday & Thursday were so busy with appointments and naps that I didn’t get exercise in. My nutrition has been on point this week though! Hoping to get a walk in later today!
