So between surgeries to both hands to correct the carpal tunnel and my left elbow for ulner nerve issue my music has been pushed to the back burner while i recuperate and I haven'tbeen able to post for a while. In between surgeries, I received a late night text request from my niece asking me to cover Round Here by Counting Crows. On top of everything else I have been battling chest congestion issues for almost a month now but I still managed to belt my heart out on this nostalgic tune. Enjoy!
I know it's been a while sine I've posted but unfortunately I've been battling carpal tunnel and tendonitis in my arms so it makes playing for extended periods very difficult. This has given me time to learn about the recording process/mixing so I am pleased to announce recording is underway!!! Just look at this mess of a frankenstein drum kit! "For You" and "Let Go" have gotten the most attention so far and are coming along nicely. I can't wait to share it with all of you!
A huge thank you to Katie Miller for this video of John and Brandon performing the Midnight Angel original "Let Go" acoustically at Bushwakker Brewing Company. These performances have been few and far due to a workplace injury but should pick up soon. Stay tuned for dates!
A happy Father's Day to all!!! I thought it would be fitting to share a song about my Dad today so here is the demo version of "My Hero" written right after his passing. This one's for you Dad
Some good ol' Canadian rock from the 90s, Big Wreck's "Blown Wide Open" covered by none other than Midnight Angel. Enjoy!!!
