Today is January 1, and one of my goals this year is to increase my flexibility and strength. Each month I have a specific challenging yoga pose I want to accomplish and this month is the front split! I never thought I’d actually be able to do the splits, but here I am, now 30 and doing it (only on one side though, hence the January goal)!
