This is nothing new, nor are we the only ones who do it. However, its said regardless if we're submitting our very first quote, or to a customer of 10 years who we deal with daily. Why? Even if we manage your technology on a day to day basis, everyday we learn something new: - New technology - New Partnership with a vendor - Better way to provide improved customer service Everyday we might also make a mistake: - Take longer then expected to submit a quote - Forget to submit a quote - Take longer then expected to reply to an issue or resolve an issues - Make a mistake that requires us to resolve it at no expense to the customer but still causes a disruption in business. The fact is every time a customer reaches out for a new product or service its a chance to improve on past experiences and even on going ones.
