Momentum Walk-In Counselling 24.11.2020

Anchor Men’s Group is all about men supporting men. We provide a safe space where men can support one another by active listening, speaking openly, and sharing wisdom. We are Solution-Focused, this means we are goal-directed and interested in some of the work you are already doing and how the group can support building on that work. Topics vary from week-to-week, but you can expect us to talk about coping with relationship breakdown, crisis, anger, stress, anxiety, depressio...n, trauma, addiction, identity, grief, and healthy relationships. You can share as much or as little as you want, everyone is given the opportunity to speak. The facilitators and group members have worked hard to create a sense of community and support. The group is facilitated by Registered Psychologist, Dr David St. Arnault, Registered Provisional Psychologists Dennis Barrie, Adam Hughes, Nathan Foerger and Mental Health Therapists Mallik Dhadwal and Jeremy Layton.
