Pelvic Neutral If you have ever seen me as a client or been in one of my exercise programs then you have likely heard me talk about pelvic neutral. This is a great visual that I often use to help explain this posture.... Pelvic neutral helps to ensure the muscles of your abdomen, pelvic floor, lower back and breathing muscle (the diaphragm) are all happy Not to mention your hip flexors, hamstrings, and glutes! Hi Everybody! Welcome to MOM SQUAD PHYSIO! My name is Stephanie Brown, owner of MOM SQUAD PHYSIO and physiotherapist since 2007. I work in Women’s Health Physiotherapy and my passion is in educating and helping other women living with pelvic floor dysfunction.... So many women experience issues related to the pelvic floor. This can be leaking pee when you cough or sneeze, pain with intercourse, low back or hip pain, tailbone pain, urgency to pee, constipation, pregnancy related pain...just to name a few. Did you know 1 in 3 women have issues with urinary incontinence! This is a very common issue but it is not normal. Seeing a pelvic floor physiotherapist can significantly improve, and often times completely treat, these common issues.
