Well it's official. We've sold Moose Hill Ranch and will be moving the farm and all the animals to a smaller farm in Chilliwack. Although we are downsizing, we are moving to a very beautiful acreage on the Chilliwack River up Chilliwack Lake Road. We will still be farming and will continue to breed our Heritage Poultry, Turkeys, Chickens and Pigs. I will keep and continue with our Farm page although I will change the name once we decide. We will miss the Cariboo but are excited to start this new Chapter. Thankyou all for following and being a part of our Page. The photo I've attached is a view on our new property showing the Chilliwack River, the Horse paddock below and some of the fruit trees in the beautiful little orchard. With heavy heart I've decided to sell my beautiful Orpington Breeding Stock. We're moving in a few weeks and I've been in denial but I need to downsize my flock. All my Orpington Birds are from 2015 hatches. They are all hand raised, very friendly and docile birds. None of my Roosters are aggressive. They have never shown any aggression towards me. I have my Lavenders and Blacks together in the same breeding pen and they all get along. All proven very good breeders with ...very high fertility and excellent layers. I've hatched 100's of beautiful healthy chicks this year!
