This Saturday is the official last day of winter! With the milder weather, many of us have started to do our Spring cleaning; purging inside the house, turning over your closet, clearing out the garage, removing winter decorations, garden prepping, and more! With Spring just around the corner, we’d like to remind everyone to pace yourselves, take breaks, and listen to your body! You may not even realize it, but too much (even of a good and rewarding thing!) can wake up muscle...s you haven’t used in a while, and cause strain and/or soreness. When bending over, make sure to keep your back straight and lower yourself by bending your knees. Also, remember to keep your back straight when lifting heavy objects, and to lift with your legs! If you have any concerns with spring cleaning, contact us today! HAPPY SPRING!
