Consider giving the gift of healthy food by purchasing a gift certificate for someone in need to show you care. Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount for both current and new clients. ORDER BY PHONE: Call Meals on Wheels (519-842-9008 x.357) to order a gift certificate. You will be... asked to provide your name, phone number, email, as well as the recipient’s name and phone number. Tell us the amount you would like to purchase and if you would like the gift certificate emailed to you or mailed to the recipient. The gift certificate will be sent once payment has been received. The MSC is looking for a CQI Administrative Assistant to fill a contract position of six (6)-months, in Tillsonburg. The CQI Administrative Assistant will ensure excellence by supporting organizational development within our Employment Services team. This position will support the integration of quality management tools into the employment services programs, by transferring, creating and collating data. ... Key Duties & Responsibilities Provide clerical and administrative support including word processing, spreadsheet development, data entry, reports, presentations and other documents, as requested Document program procedures With guidance, develop and take part in implementing tools and software for improving system management and service delivery Maintain a good working knowledge of Employment Ontario guidelines and Employment Services, Youth Job Connect, Second Career and Literacy & Basic Skills programs Coordinate surveys and working groups, as required Maintain positive working relationships throughout the MSC with staff, clients and stakeholders Perform other duties as assigned.
