During the COVID-19 crisis, I have challenged all of my students to do 15 minutes of exercise a day plus practice their traditional forms and a mental challenge which includes reading martial arts essays and books.

Due to the virus concerns, Mount Allison University is closing to the general public. Therefore, Sackville Shotokan Karate will be closing for the rest of the semester.

Come to the Sackville Recreation and Sports Fair on April 9th from 6-8pm to find out more about Sackville Shotokan Karate. We will have a booth at the fair which is being held at the Tantramar Civic Centre and will be doing some demo and teaching some self defense techniques.

Classes return tonight after a long holiday break. Mount A's McCain Student Centre from 6-7pm (ages 10 & up) and 7-8pm (ages 13 and up)

Mount Allison University Shotokan Karate is making some changes. In order to be more open to the community of Sackville we have changed our name to Sackville Shotokan Karate. We are still Mount Allison's only karate club.
