Thinking of you and your special person on the holidays:
This #GivingTuesday, why not give the gift of hope and healing to a grieving child? There are 2 ways YOU can make a difference today, in partnership with the Myra's Kids Foundation: 1) Make a donation of any size at https://myraskids.ca/ and we'll send you a brand NEW Grief Journal, designed to support children as they navigate through the loss of a loved one (please indicate if you'd prefer an EN or FR copy in the message section). 2) Request to join our GIVING COMMUNITY - if you have items to donate to another family OR you are looking for something: https://www.facebook.com/groups/173997904423818/
Exciting News - at the suggestion of one of our families we have started a facebook GIVING COMMUNITY - it's private for our families - if you have something you want to donate to another family OR you are looking for something - simply log on and check out what's available. All you need is to request to join: https://www.facebook.com/groups/173997904423818/ Hope it helps, The best thing to hold onto in life is each other!... Cheers, Corrie
The holidays can be a very difficult time for children who have suffered the loss of someone close to them. Myra’s Kids Foundation has recently published a Grief Journal designed to support children as they navigate through the holiday period and beyond. For your copy of the Grief Journal, simply make a donation on our website myraskids.ca and in the message section of the donate page, request a copy of the journal in English or in French.
