Let me first say TOO MUCH OF ANYTHING ISNT GOOD FOR YOU When it comes to workouts, doing the @onepeloton every day with the only goal of losing weight isn’t the best. Short term it might be great, but just wait for your body to break down with your hips and lower back taking a beating. Do it 2-3 times a week, amazing, I’m down for that You also shouldn’t lift weights everyday eithier, because recovery is needed. 2-3 times a week, amazing, down for that as well... Now imagine if we combine the 2! The results will be insane. You get your strength training AND cardio. It’s the same thing as falling for all that marketing saying the best workout for you is... No it’s not, you need to focus on my 3 areas of building a complete and healthy body. Strength Cardio Mobility/flexibility You can’t just rely on one thing. Short term you might get results but you will get to a point where either your body breaks down or your body is just so god damn used to it you won’t get results
