Tangy Chili Nachos Ingredients: (MAKES: 8 SERVINGS) - 1 bag (11 oz/340 g) tortilla chips - 1 recipe prepared Cha Cha Chili... - 3/4 C (180 ml) grated cheddar cheese - 1/2 C (125 ml) Chipotle Aioli Mix, prepared - 2 Tbsp (30 ml) milk or water, optional - 2 peppers, diced - 1 C (250 ml) shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce, optional Preparation Preheat oven to 375 F. Arrange chips on Sheet Pan lined with a Bake & Roll. Layer chips with chili. Top with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about 810 min. Meanwhile, combine aioli with milk to thin, if desired. Top warm nachos with peppers and lettuce, if desired. Drizzle with aioli. Tip: Swap the Cha Cha Chili for the Tangy Veggie Chili to make it vegetarian. *************************************** Nachos au chili Ingrédients: (DONNE : 8 PORTIONS) - 1 sac (11 oz/340 g) de croustilles de tortilla - 1 recette préparée de Chili cha cha - 180 ml (3/4 T) de cheddar râpé - 125 ml (1/2 T) de Mélange pour aïoli Chipotle, préparé - 30 ml (2 c. à table) de lait ou d’eau - 2 poivrons, en dés - 250 ml (1 T) de laitue romaine ou iceberg hachée, facultatif Préparation Préchauffer le four à 375 F. Disposer les croustilles sur une Plaque de cuisson recouverte d’un Tapis Roulade . Ajouter une couche de chili sur les croustilles. Garnir de fromage. Cuire au four jusqu’à ce que le fromage soit fondu, soit de 8 à 10 minutes. Entre temps, combiner l’aïoli et le lait. Garnir les nachos chauds de poivrons et de laitue, si désiré. Arroser d’aïoli. Truc : Remplacer le Chili cha cha par le Chili aux légumes pour une version végétarienne.

Vegetarian version of the sweet garlic chicken it smells so gooooood here. Next time ill do the tofu pieces a little bit smaller. La version végé du poulet sucré à l'ail. Ça sent trooooop bon ici la prochaine fois je vais faire les morceaux de tofu un peu plus petits.

Just in time to those busy weeknight meals, Epicure Global Director Jacqueline McGrath has created this awesome recipeMac Muffins. INGREDIENTS 2 cups dry macaroni pasta 1 Tbsp butter... 1 egg 1 cup milk 3/4 cup of grated cheddar cheese 1 package Ooey Gooey Queso OR 2 packages of Mac & Cheese (for kids version) 4 strips of bacon 1 Tbsp of Better than Bacon DIRECTIONS Heat oven to 375 Cook 2 cups of macaroni noodles according to directions in 12 cup Multipurpose Pot. Drain and set aside. Cook bacon using the Multipurpose Steamer with tray inserted. Place 4 strips on tray, cover with lid and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Remove from pan and chop using ceramic knife. Add to noodles. Prepare sauce in 4 cup bowl. For kid friendly use 2 Mac & Cheese packages OR to spice it up use 1 package of Ooey Gooey Queso dip. Mix with 1 cup of milk then add 1 Tbsp of Better than Bacon. Add 1 beaten egg, melted butter and grated cheddar cheese to cooked macaroni. Add sauce and mix well. Spoon into silicone muffin pan and top with more cheese and bake in oven for 20 minutes. Remove, let cool and place in bag or container for an easy on-the-go meal or snack.

Any panzanella salad fans out there? A Tuscan chopped salad, it's popular in summer and usually made with toasted bread cubes (aka croutons!)try this version with chickpeas for a protein boost. Ingredients: - 1 can (19 oz/540 ml) chickpeas - 1 pint cherry tomatoes (preferably multicoloured)... - 2 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix - 1 English cucumber - 12 small red onion - 13 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, prepared - Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste - Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste - Toppings (optional): Fresh basil leaves Preparation: Drain and rinse chickpeas. Slice tomatoes in half. Place both in a large bowl; add dip mix and toss to coat. Slice cucumber lengthwise; scrape out and discard seeds, then thinly slice halves. Thinly slice onion. Place both in bowl with chickpeas. Drizzle dressing overtop; toss to mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add basil if using. Perfectly Balance Your Plate Serve with 4 oz (113 g) lean protein and cup grilled corn.

Ingredients: ... 2 cups frozen blueberries 1 cup canned coconut milk 3 tbsp maple syrup Splash of vanilla Instructions: Put all ingredients into blender (I use my @vitamix) and blend until smooth. Top with more fresh or frozen blueberries. Pour into loaf pan and freeze until frozen. Take out of freezer and scoop to enjoy!
