Dear clients, As you all know today, the Ontario Government announced that the province will enter a provincewide shutdown on Saturday, December 26. I am happy to share that the new restrictions do not directly impact the ability of Registered Massage Therapists to provide healthcare services. I have never been so happy for my education as a Regulated Health Professional! ... Just a reminder to always complete the Virtual Covid Screening 24 hours before your appointment. If you are no longer able to make your appointment because of the shutdown or if you have any symptoms please notify me as soon as possible.

Dear Clients, I am excited to announce that the government’s order was recently updated. With the updated order Registred Massage Therapists are now permitted to gradually restart treatments, I will begin treatments as of June 1st. At this time I need to prioritize clients with essential care needs while gradually resuming practice. Treatment is considered essential when the client’s overall health or function would considerably decline if treatment were not provided. There w...ill be a few new protocols when you are attending your treatment, they're the following: - Every client will sanitize their hands upon arrival and after treatment, hand sanitizer will be available for you. - ALL clients are to wear a mask to their appointment, it must be a clean disposable or reusable mask that can be worn throughout the treatment. - Your appointment reminder (text or email) will now include a virtually pre-screening for risk of COVID-19 and must be completed before appointment. Immediately prior to treatment I will screen again to make sure your status has not changed. - Please arrive alone and as close to their appointment time as possible in order for me to implement the new disinfecting protocols. All clients are asked to wait outside or in their vehicle until you are advised to enter. For anyone interesting in the details of the protocols I have put in place here is the COVID-19 Pandemic Practice Guidance for Massage Therapists https://click.icptrack.com/icp/relay.php document. Over the next few days I will be making adjustments to my schedule as I have to prioritize essential care clients and gradually reopen. If you have an appointement in the coming weeks I will contact you to assess your overall health and function. My main priority has been and will always be your health and safety. I am looking forward to seeing and treating you all again and please know that even though you won't be able to see my big smile it will certainly always be behind my mask! Dear clients, I hope you are all keeping well and taking all precautions seriously for your safety. Sadly, the College of Massage Therapists has deemed our service non essential. Since my last email Ontario and Renfrew County have delcared us in a State of Emergency and until this is lifted, I will unfortunately not be able to treat any clients until further notice. If you have any upcoming appointments no action is needed on your end. With that being said if you have not ma...de any future appointments I recommend you do so online, by phone or email. My schedule is always open 12 months ahead of time and there is no better time to secure your appointments then now. I will be in touch to let you know when I will be up and running again, looking forward to being back at work and seeing you all again soon. Well wishes, Nathalie Brideau, RMT Phone: 613-312-7944 Email: [email protected] online booking: www.breathermt.clinicsense.com

To my valued clients, I would like to apologize during these extraordinary times, I feel obligated to do my part in keeping us all safe. I have made the difficult but nessesary decision to temporarily suspend all treatments until March 29th; at that time I will reassess the situation and act as needed. I will continue to provide updates and support, therefore in the case of emergency care or flare-up please do not be afraid to contact me. Note: you will still be receiving th...e confirmation email or text for your treatment as I need to keep record of cancelled appointments. Thank you all for your continued support, stay safe! Dear clients, for the safety of myself, my family and other clients coming into my clinic space I do ask you all to take preventative mesure before appointment. If you have any symptoms of cold or flu, please reschedule your appointment once you are feeling better. If you have recently traveled or have been exposed to anyone who is sick, I would kindly ask you wait 2 weeks before booking an appointment to make sure no symptoms arise. If you have any questions or concerns before your appointment do not hesitate to contact me!
