With 2021 pretty much around the corner, I’ve come to realize I personally have been letting myself down. Up until now I couldn’t bring myself to talk about my mental illness. I’ll admit I felt ashamed, abandoned, & no one would understand me anyway. Plus, the people I surrounded myself with made me feel like I wasn’t allowed to be sad & half the time I didn’t know why I was so sad, I just was.
