Elections NL just changed the online application for mail-in ballot requests. Check out this handy how-to video to be guided through the new seven step process.... Start your application at -- https://www.elections.gov.nl.ca/elections//votebymail3.html. Please note that the form may be unavailable from time to time due to the high demand. Please have patience and if it isn't working check back another time. The deadline to apply for a mail-in ballot is Friday February 19 at 8:00 p.m. If you are on the voters list you can call Elections NL and once you confirm your identity they will send a mail-in ballot directly to your house. Call (1-877) 729-7987. The line is busy so please have patience. We recommend using a smartphone or ipad to complete the online application.
