The cost of importing these items has increased rapidly in the last few years and are not readily available like it used to be. Most of these items are handcrafted and the cost of importing to Canada has increased substantially. The owners must be out of the building by the end of Dec. 2019. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a buyer. If we were to sell the contents by a live auction, it would take approximately 10 live auctions to sell the contents. The retail value of the contents is approximately $500,000.00. Many pieces are handcrafted, we will post a list within the next few days. Preview is available by appointment from Sun. Nov. 3/19 to Mon. Nov. 18/19. There will also be a preview on Thurs. Nov. 14 from 6:30PM to 7:30PM.
