2019 was a great race year, I placed the highest I ever have in an elite race, I qualified for the north american championships and I grew as an athelte. . . I learned that a lot of the racing game isn't physical its mental, most of the time when you feel like giving up it's not your body telling you to stop, it's your mind. I learned to be more confident in myself on the course and push through the obstacles I'm worried about, something is always going to happen during ...a race, it's how you react to it that matters! . . This upcoming year is going to be all about training and standing on that podium. I'm going to focus on getting in faster run times, completing more reps during workouts and being confident in the athele I am, and the one I'm going to become! . . Y'all better watch for me on the 2020 courses! See more
