Our owner Shaun had the amazing experience of going to college in Hawaii, and his love of this traditional dish called Loco Moco knows no bounds! Though the origins are up for debate, one thing is for sure- there’s no better comfort food on earth!

We first ate Koolickles when we were travelling down from Memphis through Mississippi on our way to stay at the @shackupinn . These magical pickles were at little gas stations everywhere we stopped and what can we say? We were hooked! We’ve been serving them since we first opened our food truck back in 2013! It’s true pickle love.
