FINALLY got the o.k. for my FIRST bath (doing a detox) since surgery (almost 7 weeks )on this stormy night. . God, it is BLISSFUL . . Time to get rid of all ...the toxins . Have you ever done a detox bath? If not, here’s my favourite recipe (all for my sensitive skin) should you want to try: 1/2 cup Epsom Salts 1/4 cup Bentonite Clay 1/4 cup Colloidal Oatmeal 1 Tbsp. Himalayan Sea Salts 3-4 drops each of Lavender, Copaiba, & Frankincense oils (I use Young Living). . Sprinkle in, soak ~20-30 mins. (though I stay ‘til it’s almost cold...lol) . Do not put on cream or anything after - just let your skin breathe for the night . . Want to know WHY I use those ingredients? I'm not really sure what to say about this year - it was definitely a challenge and I'm grateful to be able to see it end. I read a comment about how maybe i...t was actually the best year. It showed us what's truly important - love, acceptance, family, health, humanity, the Earth, etc. I like this outlook on what most of us would say was a s**t show. I am looking forward to some new beginnings and a healthier year :) Lots of love and light to you all <3 Enjoy your couches tonight...LOL

It has a subtle lemony scent that is very uplifting. I like to add a drop to my dryer balls to give a fresh scent to laundry. ___ Day 10 - Northern Lights Black Spruce Distilled right here in BC (Fort Nelson ), under the northern lights, this smells like a walk through the forest. I love to mix it with Orange or Christmas Spirit to give a holiday feel. *Speaking of Northern Lights, we have the opportunity to view them today and tomorrow if the clouds cooperate.
