Be sure to read past the title (which is slightly misleading) to find out about the wonderful plans Streetsville BIA has in store for Streetsville this Christmas.
My friend, who just got back from a trip to Paris, told me about these adorable little glass jars they sell yogurt in...and look what I just found at Adonis Mississauga today! From Quebec.
Heartbreaking for #fortmcmurray and surrounding communities. Greener days will come #newhope #hopeforspring Until then #Canada is behind you. I'd like my #villageofstreetsville to show #fortmcmurray how we come together. Text REDCROSS to 45678 to make an easy $10 dollar donation in good old fashioned #streetsvillestyle #communityspirit #thatshowweroll #streetsville
Ontario chain restaurants must post calorie counts on menus by 2017.

Just had to share this delicious recipe, Chicken Crisp, from LCBO Food & Drink, Spring 2016 issue. I didn't make the cheese croutons. Instead, I made croutons out of 5 slices (260 grams) of light rye bread and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. I followed the rest of the recipe, using 300 grams of asparagus and 428 grams of meat. It served about 5 people at 384 calories per serving, 11.1 grams fat, 8.3 grams fibre, 43.3 carbs, 685.5 sodium, and 36.2 protein. And it easy, make ahead, and such a comforting spring time recipe when it doesn't feel at all like spring! http://www.foodanddrink.ca/lcbo-ear/RecipeController
