My top ways to implement a positive change... start walking more with a partner. Maybe your spouse? So, that you stay accountable. Rain or shine. Focus on adding something small into your life. Rather than removing something that may cause more stress.... Join a community. Either physical or online... there are plenty of communities that can help drive a change. Have you registered to be a part of my private group on Facebook. My favourite fitness community? GT Athletics right here in Georgetown. Want to improve a particular movement? Push-up, pull-up or squat as an example? Make it so that you don’t miss it. Every time you walk by the pull up bar do a set of pull ups. Every time you go to a certain room in the house... do a set of XYZ. Just drink more water. Eliminate the caloric beverages. Quit alcohol for a period of time. And see what happens? Order the coffee only. No snack. Walk to and from work. If you live to far park just down the road so that you are forced to walk more. I’m sure by now you get the drift. The reason we are where we are is a result of our habits. Want to make a change? Change a small habit today! We can do better

Consider this one.... Also... as your brain gets loaded with more and more tasks this holiday - consider making a list as you normally would - but also ADD THIS ONE THING.
