Every week we will be having a tip on Tuesday from Head Trainer Ty! Today’s topic: How to maximize your 45 minute workout! - Whether you realise it or not you've been pacing yourself for a 60 minute class. Now that we're going to 45 minutes you gotta bring up your intensity to get the most from your workouts. So that means faster, speeds, higher inclines, heavier weights and more watts!... 1.You have less time on the treadmill so try to avoid walking during base pace! Don't be afraid to increase your push and/or your allouts too 2. It's like we went from doing an exercise for 12 reps to 8. Now's the time to try that heavier weight you've been eyeing 3. Always listen to your body but don't be afraid to push yourself harder than normal! Join me live tomorrow Canada for day four of the incredible All Out Mayhem at home workouts. One at 7:00 am MTN for those earlier risers and our orange family ...in the east and a second at 9:00 am MTN for those that get to snooze a little longer. For equipment have your mini bands or I will provide options using lighter weights. This could be dumbbells, soup cans, water bottles. Escape from the kids for 40 min or get them to join in like four year old Declan did with his mom Sherri last time! Let’s kick off the weekend together Canada and don’t forget to chat in throughout the workout to keep your home studios cheer heard!
