So here we are about a week away from opening our new kitchen location that will be state of the art. This is actually the second of 3 other locations we are opening. We uploaded a teaser picture for everyone to see. Our new location was built for not only our needs but for the needs of customers and the public. Organic Kids Catering will be the first company to have the following in regards to food being served to Childcares and Schools. No one else can say they do this.............. yet but we are sure we will get copied because that tends to happen to us a lot when you are the leader. 1- A live feed so that people can actually the food being prepared each morning for our customers.This is what we call being transparent. 2- A totally separate production kitchen that is on its own to insure that there is no cross contamination. This allows us to be more secure in food safety and dietary restrictions. 3- A totally independent hot kitchen and an independent cold kitchen to insure temperature controls and proper food safety. 4-All new state of the art equipment along with the best in environmental controls to help us reduce our impact on the environment. Whether it is installing on demand hot water, motion detector lights, using fans to recirculate hot or cold air to even using remote controlled thermostats. Every little bit helps and these are some of the ways we are going to be reducing our impact for the future. This however is the best part of our new location. We will be the first kids catering company to have an independent room that can accommodate up to 60 people which will allow us to conduct cooking classes, seminars, events or healthy birthday parties. This new venture will also help educate and train people to instil good, healthy eating habits using Organic and Local foods lead by our team here at Organic Kids Catering. Our classes and seminars will be available for everyone, not just Organic Kids Clients. We will also be allowing Organic Kids Catering customers to use the facility at no charge to allow them to conduct their own training seminars for their individual locations if they do have the space to do this. These are just some of the new and exciting things happening here at Organic Kids Catering. Stay tuned over the next coming weeks so that you can see what else we are up to at Organic Kids Catering.

We haven't spoken in a while and here is why. 1-We have been extremely busy building our new state of the art 15,000 sq foot kitchen. 2nd location of 3. 2- We were starting up for the new school year and the "new" 2000 kids lunches we added to our customer base. ... 3- We had to catch up from our waiting list. Yes we had a 6 week waiting list that is now down to 2 weeks. Can ANYONE say they have that. In the coming weeks we will be launching our new menus which will be better than ever. Our new snack menu that will be bigger and better than any other. Stay Tuned for more exciting news
