A big thank you to My Care Dental for their donation of toothbrushes, toothpaste, dental floss, hats and mittens! They will go a long way in the care packages our office is putting together for Start Me Up Niagara.

A HUGE thank you to Alykhan Kassam and Morrison Pharmacy for their donation of chapstick, glysomed lotion, alcohol wipes, bandages and cough drops. The generous donation will be put into care packages Osborne Law Group will be providing to Start Me Up Niagara, who in turn will be providing the packages to homeless individuals in Niagara.

Osborne Law Group is proud to be a presenting sponsor of United Way Niagara's Songs of the City, which will be held this June at the FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre. Songs of the City allows people who have used United Way-funded agencies to go on stage and share how they have overcome personal struggles, followed by the performance of an original song based on their life stories. Last year's stories included one man's fight to overcome depression and homelessness, a woman leaving an abusive relationship with her daughter, and a family fleeing the gang violence of their home country. Proud of Debbie McMahon, Alynn Post, Lexi Leah Winstanley and Helen Wiens Martin for starting an initiative from scratch to give back to our community by creating care packages for Start Me Up Niagara. Their efforts in soliciting both monetary and product donations led to the creation of 60 care packages consisting of tuques, gloves, hand warmers, toothbrushes, deodorant and other products that will help members of our community improve their self sufficiency and quality of life.
