Although COVID-19 may prevent us from being able to salsa dance every Friday night, that doesn't mean that our dancers have stopped dancing. In this special series, I will be visiting local dancers, artists, djs and instructors to check in on how they are doing and learn a bit more about their relationship with dance. Join me in celebrating the amazing people who make up this vibrant community, on and off the dance floor. First up is Talek and Megan who have been latin danci...ng for 10 and 5 years respectively. Both dancers have wow'd us individually with performances across Ottawa, including at Rahim's Salsa Friday and the Ottawa Salsa Convention. They are now working together on a brand new bachata routine and COVID-19 isn't holding them back.
