Out of The Crate Cleaning

Found something new and it's all 100% biodegradable products withing the cleaner. This stuff is REALLY strong. I'm impressed. I'm not sure who makes it but if you know, let me know. #superclean Rocks!

Hey ladies and gents!!! So as you know I am back, cleaning and enjoying the fact that Covid is finally calming down here. With this I am moving forward to get business up and running again. Since I lost so many clients with moving onto another job (which that contract is done) and then the pandemic I am looking for new ones. So for a limited time. (From now till December 31st) I am offering all services TAX FREE to NEW clients only! (Grandfathered in clients that are still ...using my services are still charged under my old rates, so do not qualify!) Hourly rate is $22 (MIN hire is 2 hours!) If you or anyone you know is in need of a deep cleaning or a cleaner in general let them know about me. *OoTC does not JUST do cleaning, we do small home repairs too! ask for details!*

Out Of The Crate is BACK!!!!! Covid-19 caused a LOT of issues and stress for everyone but with things returning slowly to normal I know there's a lot of people... looking to have a full house cleaning done. Things have changed with the new social distancing rules so I am happy to outline things here along with all my new work requirements and changes I've made to my business. 1. My hours have changed, 9 am till 7 pm (7 days a week) You book in advance for a time frame. I ask that homeowners either remain outdoors while I do my job (Cameras in home are more than welcomed if you are uncomfortable with this option) or to wear a mask while inside as I work and remain 6 feet away. Please note: I can not wear a mask as I am asthmatic. Please understand this is beyond my control. NOTE: *Re-bonding is in process as of now, as I had to close my doors and it expired. So soon I will be fully bonded again* 2. My hourly rate has increased to $22 and hour plus taxes. Those who are "Grand fathered" in (LONG term clients) still keep their remaining hourly rate till the end of the year. After that the cost will go up and it will be your choice to retain me or let me go. 3. As a bonus, for NEW clients, from June 1st till Dec 31st there will be NO taxes charged on services! 4. As was before, a MIN hire time is for 2 hours. This means, even if I complete my duties you've set for me within 90 mins, I am still to be paid for 2 hours service. (Yes, I expect a written list of duties each time I come to provide service) If I go over the 2 hours this just means I've surpassed the 2 hour min hire rate and my hourly rate carries over to the next hour till my job is done. 5. If a client cancels before 24 hours there is no penalty. If they cancel without 24 hours notice the cost will still be a min 2 hour hire ($44) *If you need to cancel late evening and are worried you will wake me, don't be, and/or you can't reach me direct, then you MUST leave a message. They are time stamped, this will prove if you called within the proper allotted time frame. If there is no message there is a charge if there is no proof you called within the 24 hour time frame. (No exceptions) 6. Any client who doesn't pay for services within 30 days will be served with a notice of a 2.2% surcharge in late fees. This will carry over for a min of 90 days. If no fees are paid a client will be taken to small claims after 90 days until all fees (including court costs) are covered and received. 7. Out of the crate is happy to provide services even with animals/pets present in your home, however, Out of the Crate is NOT responsible for your pets in your home. If you have an animal that is not allowed outside or is a runner, please crate this animal or place them in a safe area. If your pet gets out while services are being rendered due to the refusal of crating or safe placement, it will be upon the owner for this issue as this request has been put forth. Refusal to do so can result in refusal of services with a 2 hour min charge still being issued. 8. If you have questions please feel free to ask. The number is listed as is the email.
