Hello families of Owls and Friends Learning Tree, Due to the mandated closure, we will now be keeping in constant contact with all of our families and forwarding any updates we may receive to all parents by email. We have sent out an email this evening pertaining all the information we have been given at this point in time. Hello Families! We have received many messages over the weekend, and we felt it was important to provide an update at this time. We, as of currently, are still open. It is currently the discretion of daycare operators to monitor all children for any symptoms and it is the discretion of all parents to bring their children or to keep them home. That being said, we ask that you do not enter the center if: ... 1) you or your child are experiencing any of the following symptoms (regardless of severity) - fever - cough - difficulty breathing or shortness of breath - if anyone you have been in contact with/ anyone within your household have travelled recently - if you or child(ren) have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or you or your child(ren) have been around someone who seems to appear to have similar symptoms to COVID-19 or flu like symptoms. We ask that in the mornings before coming to the center, for our parents to be very diligent in evaluating your own wellness, as well as your own child(ren) before bringing them into the center for the day. We have many children, staff members, and families of children who have various levels of compromised immune systems and who are at a potential risk from this virus. We can appreciate that there is a need for childcare throughout this time, but we ask for all of our families to be very attentive to their children's wellness, and when in doubt, please keep your child home. We also ask, upon entering the center, that both parents and children wash their hands thoroughly. In return, we will be increasing the frequency and effectiveness of handwashing among our children and educators and we will be increasing the frequency of disinfecting toys, equipment and any commonly touched surfaces. We will be keeping all of our families updated as we receive updates. Please do not hesitate to ask any of our staff if you have any questions or concerns. Let's work together to keep all of our children and families healthy at this time!

UPDATED CORONAVIRUS NOTICE FOR ALL EARLY LEARNING CENTERS CHILDREN, STUDENTS, STAFF & FAMILIES All students returning from ANY International Travel following March 8th, 2020 are to stay home from school/ early learning facility for 14 days from return date. If any of our families have any questions regarding this notice, please contact any of our staff members, for more information!

Friday February 7th, 2020 Due to the impending storm that is expected to bring about extremely hazardous road and weather conditions, our center will be remaining closed for the day. Our main priority is to keep all of our staff and families safe. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause to our families. Stay safe and warm everyone!
