I perform my Reiki sessions in the garden suite of my home in White Rock, British Columbia. The suite is a clean, comfortable and private space with a washroom and private entrance. I also energetically create a sacred space which serves as a safe container for facilitating healing .

As quoted from The International Center for Reiki Training: Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If ones "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.... The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "Gods Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy." A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, joy and security. Reiki is different from other energy based healing. Instead of the practitioner giving energy to the recipient, the practitioner acts as a conduit for Reiki energy and the recipient actually draws the energy to them, where it is distributed to the parts of the body where healing is needed.

Well hello! Im Eden! I have been practicing Reiki Energy Healing for over ten years for my beloved friends and family. Recently several beautiful people came into my life seeking help with emotional imbalances, and I was inspired by them to continue my Reiki education and have now aquired my Level II and Master certificates! I am currently also enrolled in a Crystal Reiki certification course.... Over the years I have picked up several healing modalities that I use to enhance my Reiki sessions; including guided meditation, pendulum work, crystal grids sacred drumming, singing bowl activation and of course intuition. I am a retired birth/postpartum doula and nanny and have spent several years of my life helping and nurturing people in several different roles, from babies to seniors. In 2017 I was initiated as a Priestess through Red Moon Mystery School. This deep and illuminating work has set me on a path to self healing, self knowledge and has helped me uncover my personal gifts. I live with my family in a beautiful old house overlooking the ocean in White Rock, British Columbia.
