ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS Pacific Top Team Kelowna, West Kelowna, Penticton, Abbotsford are continuing to do their part to contribute to the relief of the financial burden the world is facing right now. We released our initial statements regarding the virus not fully understanding the repercussions and impact it would have on the entire Country. ... We have had several people reach out about holding or cancelling their memberships. We understand EVERYONE is feeling this. As a result we have come up with a solution. We are going to suspend memberships for anyone that requests it. However, there is simply not enough time to suspend every membership that has emailed in before the next payment date (March 22nd 2020). We are working as fast as possible with the very limited resources we now have to accommodate all these inquiries. What we ask is that if you or your family are in a position to continue to pay your membership through this hard time, and are willing to do so we will cancel future payments. This will help minimize the damage this will cause to our small business and ensure we are in a position to provide you services as soon as possible If you lost your income and are not in a position to wait we will suspend anyone that emails in effective April 22nd 2020 forward. This will give us enough time to ensure my staff is taken care of properly. Our goal is to think of absolutely everyone in this extremely hard time We are doing everything we can to share all the burden that everyone is feeling. We are going to continue to deliver online workouts every day! We are still committed to do everything we said we would do in the previous statement. Example Seminars, Saturday kids sessions ect We WILL GET THROUGH THIS as a community. This is something myself and Sarah have dedicated our entire life to and we are not throwing in the towel because of this virus. We will continue to fight for our team and members. Unfortunately, the BC government has decided to extend the lockdown guidelines for martial arts facilities until at least January 8th 2021. They have decided this is in the best interests of public health and we are always willing to do our part to keep our members and our communities safe! Yes, this does put us in a very difficult position, however, just as we have been doing all year we will push through this and be ready to go as soon as restrictions ease. We will be halt...ing all membership payments going ahead. We feel it is unfair of us to continue to receive payment for a service we cannot currently provide. Dues that were processed at the end of last month will be credited onto your accounts and used as credit when we reopen our doors. We at Pacific Top Team wish to thank you all for your support throughout this difficult year, we couldn't do this without you all. If anyone has any questions or if there's anything we can do to help, please don't hesitate to reach out! We look forward to sharing the mats with you all again soon.

As per today’s PHO update, we are required to temporarily suspend service at the club while new guidelines are developed for indoor sports and recreation. Martial Arts being one that was named. This is effective immediately and there will be no classes until December 8th. This is when the current order ends, or until such protocols are developed. For anyone paying Memberships on the 22nd we will give partial credits. We will hold all memberships set to come out on December... 2nd until we have a clear picture on how to proceed. If we are open on the 8th we will process the seconds dues then. Thank you for the understanding. Thank you for the support.

***Covid Update*** November 20th Below are a few updates we will be implementing immediately. -Absolutely no spectating. Tiny Champions will allow one parent as long as they are in a mask and spaced for social distancing. ... -while in the academy you must wear a mask until you reach your destination on the mats. -we will have pods set up on the mats in groups of 2-4 max. - classes will be 45 minutes. This will allow us to clean in between classes. -access to the academy will be closed until five minutes before your class, or the previous class leaves the building. We will not allow students to come in early to get ready for class. -maintain social distance while in the academy. -use the entry and exit strategy by following the arrows laid out on the floor. -hand sanitize every time you enter and leave the class. -when your class ends please remember to take all your belongings and head out. -no open mats. We understand this is a time we all need to pull together and do our part to make sure the community stays safe!! Let’s all do our part!! See you on the mats.

Attention Members ******SCHEDULE CHANGE******* We are adjusting our schedule September 1st 2020. We have added more classes for you to train. We are going to move on from the Muay Thai program until we can move into a space with two mat areas. We feel like this is a much better schedule for our clients and are really excited for the opportunity to bring you more classes weekly. ... Attention Students!! Please share. Penticton launch was a huge success. We are on our way to lunch Abbotsford this weekend. Penticton and Abbotsfords classes start this man day July 6th! Kelowna and West Kelowna will launch late July early August... Things are subject to change as more gets released to us but so far things are going better than expected as we get set to launch all four clubs. On behalf of the management team I would like to thank all our students for their ongoing support. Attention Members We are excited to announce we are rolling out our plan to open our academies. Although we are just as excited as you are we have to lay this out properly to ensure we have the gyms for years to come. Speaking honestly we have build our business and overhead over the last decade so for us to just open the same way is impossible. We will need to lay this out in stages with a ninth day launch plan Please bare with us as we lay this out and help us get back to... normal. Here is the opening dates for our academies. Keep in mind that these could change if health authorities make any changes good or bad.
