This house was all just primed. We did ceilings and walls for this wonderful family. This house will be going on the market soon and trust me, if you're looking for a perfect home in a perfect location, this is it! Here is the finished product for three (including the dog) absolutely WONDERFUL people. Living room: - Prime wooden beams, caulk and paint. - install new casing around patio door, prime, caulk and paint. ... - patch all walls/ceilings, Prime and paint. - prime all baseboards, caulk, fill nail holes and paint. - sand all hardwood floors and resurface. Kitchen: - remove all wallpaper. - prime all baseboards/casings, fill nail holes, caulk and paint. - patch walls/ceilings sand, prime and paint. - resurface stairs. - Prime and paint spindles and railings. - sand all cabinets, prime all cabinets and paint all cabinets. - install crown moulding on cabinets and throughout kitchen. - sand hardwood floors and resurface. We are thrilled with the turnout and are so happy yet again, to be blessed with such amazing customers! Here is a sneak peek of a complete facelift we are currently working on. Ceilings, walls, beams, suspended ceiling, crown moulding, wood stair refinishing, kitchen cabinet refinishing, hardwood floor refinishing and this sneak peak of the railings/spindles. We are extremely fortunate to have such amazing customers on this job. Instead of going step by step, we have completely invaded their main floor to get everything done at once. Customers are happy and we couldn't have been any luckier working for such awesome people!

Here are some before and after photos of one of the "greatest great rooms" we've done. You will notice lots of patching, old brown beams that needed some refurbishing, new window casing, fresh paint job all the way around and all brand new baseboards installed by us.

Phase 1 of the underway renovation. Baseboard removal, flooring removal, paint, new 12mm laminate flooring and brand new baseboards in this bedroom. Ledgestone installation on this kitchen accent wall as well to give this kitchen a new look! Stay tuned to Phase 2 in this renovation. Backsplash, kitchen cabinet refinishing, baseboards, hallway, other bedrooms etc... th list goes on!

Good afternoon everyone, Just to get the bug in your brains for exterior work in the Spring, we posted pictures yesterday. Today, we will share yet another brick Color transformation. Not only were the bricks painted in this one, the vinyl siding (YES the Vinyl siding) was also painted along with all of the soffit and fascia to complete one major transformation. You won't believe your eyes! Of course, the house numbers, front door and light fixtures just had to pop and were painted red! Enjoy what you are about to see. We are currently working on a complete kitchen makeover (flooring, cabinet refinishing, backsplash installation and a ledge stone wall installation. Once complete, you will not believe your eyes!

Phase 2. These kitchen cabinets were all oak as well. This kitchen turned out beautifully and the customers are extremely happy!

No before pictures but we definitely have some after's! Phase 1 of 2 complete for this customer. These steps and railings were all oak. Now, it's beautiful, elegant and catches your eye immediately as you walk into the front door to this beautiful home. We have been very busy with quotes and jobs the last month that we haven't had much time to update our page. These pictures here I HAVE to post first! Parsons Painting was the winning bid on this job and it is a job that I hold near and dear to my heart. Here we have three different colours on four walls for a baby's room! As you know, at Parsons Painting we LOVE projects like this. Babies, toddlers etc... hold a very special place in our hearts and we are honoured to have been able to get this job done before Mommy, Daddy and baby come home!
