Today, we celebrate 15 years in business. What a ride it has been!!! Some may not know, but I had been working for lawyers for 22 years and decided to take the plunge and open my own business. I have never looked back. I want to thank all my loyal clients over these years. Without you we wouldnt exist. Thank you for all your praise and gratitude to both Tara and myself.

We have a sweet elderly man that brings his girl Honey in on a regular basis. He had an appointment this past week and said he clipped her himself because he wasnt sure when we would be reopening. Not a bad job at all!!! So sweet

When we ask clients to wait for our call to come and pick up their pet, PLEASE WAIT for that call. We are trying to accommodate everyone and we will require extra time and ask you to be extra patient. It is difficult to accomplish our tasks at hand, when people show up early for their pets and on top of that, dealing with people that stop by asking for appointments. Thank you

I am reaching out to all our customers and asking that you please be patient as I am overwhelmed with messages and phone calls and am trying my best to work through it all. The process will simply be this, all people who had appointments previously booked during our closure, will be first, followed by people who had appointments booked into these coming weeks ahead, then other clients and lastly new clients. This is a very trying time and we realize everyone is anxious to... get their pets in, but everyone needs to be patient and wait for us to call them. If we have called you with a NEW appointment time, PLEASE make sure you refresh your memory on our safety procedures before coming for your appointment. If we all work together on this, we will do just fine, Thank you for all of our loyal and devoted customers for their patience and both Tara and I look forward to seeing everyone.

Premier Doug Ford just announced this morning, Phase 1 of reopening our Province. Dog grooming is in this stage of Phase 1 and we will be re-opening Tuesday, May 19th. We will continue to do our utmost to protect you and ourselves from the spread of this virus. Therefore, we will be continuing as follows: 1. A locked door policy will be used, so when you arrive for your appointment, we ask that you use the buzzer located on the left of the door and step back to the marke...d area, at which time, either Tara or myself will come out and gather your pet. 2. No one will be permitted to enter the shop at any time, and this process will be implemented for an undetermined amount of time, until we feel it is the right and safest time to bring business back to normal. 3. It is critical that you show up for your scheduled appointment on time. If once you arrive and there is someone standing outside our door, please wait for them to leave. 4. If notification of a cancelled appointment is not received at least 24 hours ahead of time, a fee will be charged, as well as any no show appointments. 4. Please have your dog on a 6 foot leash in order for us to obtain him or her at a safe distance. 5. We ask that you please wait until we call you to come and pick up your pet. 6. We will no longer be offering debit services. The only form of payment will be cash, or etransfer ([email protected]) PLEASE be patient as we try to rebook all appointments that were cancelled due to our lockdown. We will be in touch with everyone and will try our best to accommodate everyone the best we can. WELCOME BACK EVERYONE!!
