South Huron pet lovers are so generous! We're selling food and supplies for donation to local rescues and matching every donation to a maximum of $1500 retail. It's only the 15th and we've topped last year already. Thank you so much for your support!

We are again open to customer shopping although under a controlled setting. (We missed you and your visiting pups!) There are some "new normal" habits in order to keep us all safe: Please keep the number of shoppers from your household to a minimum, use the provided hand sanitizer at the door, take note of the new directional arrows on the floor to help traffic flow be predictable and try to only touch what you need. Just ask for assistance and we are happy to help. Currently..., we are limiting shoppers to 6 at one time. We are doing our best to protect you and ourselves and are amazed every day how patient and kind our customers are to one another. Thank you for your patience! GOOD NEWS!! To help support our senior customers, and in recognition that everyone is being asked to reduce trips outside of the home, we will be extending our 10% Seniors’ Day discount to a week, from March 25 to April 2. We are taking this action to ensure our seniors can continue to safely shop our stores and take care of their pets.

Effective immediately, for the safety of our staff and customers, we will temporarily not be accepting cash payment. We can accept VISA, MasterCard and Debit. We regret the inconvenience but thank you for your understanding.

For the past two days we have been limiting customers in the store to two at a time and having them stay in a marked off area at the front of the store while we get their products and then sanitizing frequent contact surfaces between each customer. We are doing this to try and keep everyone safe while allowing our customers to get the food that they need. The reception from customers to this idea has been inspirational. It is so great to see so many of our customers who are ...supportive of what we are doing. There is an occasional wrinkle while we try to figure out exactly what product is needed but so far it is working well. To make it easier if you need to come in, please take a moment to snap a pic of your food or write it down so we can help you quicker when you come in. Our Monday $5.00 Nail Trim event is postponed indefinitely. Thank you for your support and co-operation.
