Phil Martin's Goalie Academy

I have just a few spots left in my summer goalie camp. It runs from August 11th - 15th, Minto arena on Lancaster from 7:30am-3:30pm. Every goalie will receive a jerser, journal and a great learning and fun experience!!! Daily Agenda... 7:30 arrive 8:15 on ice (no pucks, techique only) 9:45 off ice conditionning 10:15 snack and video session 11:00 lunch 11:30 dress for ice 12:15 on ice (with pucks and shooters) 1:45 stretching 2:15 snack, classroom with journals and coaching 3:30 pick up Please visit my website for more info and how to reserve a spot. http://www.westandalone.ca
