We are thrilled to announce that our store in Peace River will be reopening to the public on May 26/2020! Our temporary store hours will be Tuesday- Saturday 9am to 5pm. In order to protect our clients and staff no more than three people will be permitted access to the store at one time, as an effort to maintain social distancing in the space we have to work with. All surfaces will be regularly cleaned and sanatized. We have also installed plexi glass barriers at our work st...ations and front counter. Designated waiting areas are marked for your convience. If you’re not feeling well or have any symptoms of Covid 19 please stay home! We are more than happy to assist over the phone (780-624-2000) by email ([email protected]) or via Facebook messages. Don’t hesitate to call us as we are able to help with most things over the phone. If your buying a phone of setting up a service we are prepared to meet you outside the store with your products and paperwork, at a social distance. We have set up e-transfer as a payment option to ensure we can meet the needs of all our clients. Our processes will be adapting and changing as things evolve with the COVID-19 pandemic. We are following guidelines that have been set by Alberta Heath Services and TELUS, and as you are all aware these things are changing daily. We will ensure you are updated of any changes to our business hours and operations. Our main goal in all of this is to keep everyone healthy, safe and flatten the curve, while still striving to provide an outstanding customer service experience.
