Anathèle Zamor is a registered yoga teacher with yoga alliance international, and received her Hatha Yoga 200-hour certification from PranaShanti Yoga studio in 2019. Since then, she has obtained training in Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Chair Yoga. She is also currently completing her 300 hours certification. This is an opportunity to transform your life. Through this program, you will experience: increased strength & flexibility possible weight loss stress reduction & improved focus improved sleep patterns & eating habits Helpful Tips: Daily journaling can give you insight, helping you get clear on your intention; Try different styles of yoga.
