Rhonda & Randy will be co-facilitating Parenting Programs beginning on Thursday, January 21st in the building beside the Health Centre. The Mom's Group will be from 12-1pm and the Dad's Group will be from 2-3pm. These groups will run for six weeks. Due to covid restrictions each group can only have 6 participants. The first six to comment for each group will start next Thursday. If there are more than 6 people interested we will run another group upon completion of these two. Food will be provided for both groups. Due to these groups being run during the day, funds will not be provided for child care or participation. There will however be a $25 gift card draw at the end of each group. Please comment below if you are interested in attending. UPDATE: Moms Group is now full. Still spots available for Dads Group.

We know getting kids into a good bedtime routine can be tough (especially after a break from the routine of school)! So here are some tips for anyone who may be interested. We hope it is helpful!
