PURE Roofing

If the weather cooperates we will be done the monster job this week!!! All that is left is 9 square of rubber, properly place the patio stones and install perimeter metal.

Project is coming along just perfect. We are about 250 bundles deep and 3000 square feet of flat roof installed!

PURE Roofing has officially started another monster project- 500 bundles and 13500 sqft of flat roof. We will be busy the next 4-5 weeks on this bad boy. Special shoutout to Patene Building Supplies for a great delivery in such a hectic/busy area.

Here is a little presentation I have created to show what’s involved in a fully adhered EPDM roof. First is a 2.6 POSI ISO, next a 4 inch pre assembled screw and plate that mechanically fastens the ISO board to the roof decking, then apply a bonding adhesive to both the ISO and the EPDM, then when properly flashed off you roll the EPDM onto the ISO.

Another EPDM roof in the books. This one we stripped right down to the decking and installed a vapour barrier, 2.6 ISO which has an R value of 15, then a fully adhered .60 Mil EPDM

Smashing this beauty on a Saturday

Starting this castle of a custom house which is fully wrapped in ice and water and upgraded to a Manoir Twilight grey shingle. Here are the garages and work shop while the castle is still being framed.
