Due to our continuing growth, the company has openings for Ready Mix Truck Operators to work out of our plant in... the Fredericton area The duties of the position will include: Driving in a safe and courteous manner to and from job sites. Inspecting the product to ensure it meets specifications upon delivery. Adding products to the mix manually, when required. Unloading the truck mixer of product under the direction of the customer. Performing various administrative duties including submitting delivery slips to customers, collecting payments for deliveries, and other tasks. Dealing with customers and the general public in a friendly, professional manner. Cleaning the ready-mix truck and mixer, both inside and out, following product delivery. Ensuring that the unit meets all safety guidelines at all times. Performing necessary pre-trip inspections. Maintaining an accurate log book. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes: A valid Class 3 driver’s license with air brake endorsement. At least 3 years driving experience with comparable equipment. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Detail oriented, with a strong commitment to quality standards. Demonstrated record of safe driving and adherence to safety guidelines. The position offers a competitive starting wage to be commensurate with experience.
