I had the absolute pleasure and honour to bake this Sweet Baby Girl’s 1st Birthday Cake! Happy Birthday Payton! Speaking of sweet - this cake was built specially for her and does not contain any sugar or dairy. ... The cake is a banana, carrot cake, sweetened with 5 dates - sugar free. The frosting is dairy free and almost sugar free. I made it with coconut cream and strawberry puree, and just a pinch of icing sugar. Looks like, and sounds like, it was enjoyed by Payton, her mommy @jillian__sheahan and daddy @ryanpatricksheahan and her grandparents, who all celebrated this beautiful momentous occasion!
