Trauma sensitive yoga involves a facilitator who has a solid understanding of what trauma is, how it affects us, and how to approach trauma within a yoga setting. And good news! The Queen's University Sexual Violence Prevention & Response Office is offering free online trauma sensitive yoga to all Queen’s students this semester! ... When: June 27, 2020, between 7-9:30pm This black and indigenous queer concert, poetry showcase, and digital activities expo is centred around celebrating, remembering and supporting black and indigenous queer lives, within Canada.... Featuring numerous black & indigenous queer musicians, poets, and artists from the local St. Catharines/Niagara community and wider Ontario area, this concert seeks to put a spotlight on black and indigenous queer performers while also raising funds for Black Lives Matter - Toronto and Abbey House Indigenous Women's Shelter in St. Catharines.
