Quinte Access would like to take this opportunity to "Thank" the communities that we are privileged to provide transportation services for. During the course of this pandemic, our riders have been cooperative, compassionate and understanding not only to our drivers and staff, but to the other passengers that we serve. We understand that during this time many are getting back to somewhat of their "normal routine" and this means more people requiring bus service. As we all ...know masks/face coverings are mandatory on all of our vehicles. However there is an exemption for anyone that, due to a health issue, is unable to wear one. We would like at this time to offer to those unable to wear a mask/face covering the opportunity to use our on-demand transit service. This service covers the same areas on our transit routes, but is by request only. All you need to do is contact our office and book a date and time for your pickup. We will ensure that we have ample room on our vehicle to maintain social distancing requirements. If you feel this would be the right fit for you please contact our office to make the arrangements.
