We are still printing and offering on-line service. Although we have closed the door to walk-in traffic we do offer take-out and delivery. We can ship most places within Grey-Bruce using King Transport and Bruce Parcel Service. Flat-rate $10 + HST per box to urban locations and businesses, slightly more to rural routes and residences. In most cases delivery is within 24 hours.

We now support Canva files We know that a lot of customers like to design their own marketing materials but lack the skills to do so. Canva is just one of several web sites that provide templates that can be easily modified to suit your specific needs. Best of all, your work is done on-line and requires no additional software. The finished design can be downloaded in a PDF file format with or without a bleed. You can simply email it to us or upload the artwork for printing. Canva is best for reasonably simple designs that are specific sizes and may not be suitable for complex artwork and designs with a lot of text. We can print from PDF files generated on most on-line services but need to produce a hard-copy proof before we can commit to printing the job.

Billy Bishop Playing Cards Qwik Print designed and produced 4 playing cards featuring photos of Billy Bishop as a part of a joint promotion of the Roxy Theatre and Billy Bishop Museum. The cards were handed out at the performance of Bill Bishop Goes to War held on November 28th to large crowds. Remaining sets of the cards are available at the museum gift shop. The cards feature photos from the museum collection. One of the most notable is a group shot with Billy and two other soldiers talking with King George V.

Seven people attended our design workshop this past week. The two-hour session focused on design fundamentals and how to solve problems that prevent work from being print ready. Most of the attendees work with local non-profit organizations where they are assigned the task of creating communications pieces in addition to their many other roles.
