Reggie the Regional District Elf has arrived at the RDNO office! Throughout December, Reggie will lend a helping hand to our departments and visit RDNO parks, trails and facilities. Recognizing Remembrance Day looked different this year due to COVID-19. In-person gatherings were cancelled, but the importance of recognizing those who have served and continue to serve in the military remained. On November 11, BX-Swan Lake Fire Rescue recognized Remembrance Day by standing in silence in the driveway of the Fire Hall at 11 am to honour those who have fallen and who have served in wartime.
