What a market we have here in Halifax ( HRM) its very exciting ... however .... there are LOTS of buyers looking for homes and NOT a lot of homes to be had ..... as the old Fritos commercial went " why wait for spring... do it NOW) .... call me or reach out .... its time to list now ..... there are buyers waiting! :)
