We have a few pre-registered open play options for you this upcoming week including tomorrow at 10am & 12:30pm If you are still looking for childcare for the PD Day on Monday, we will have a few spots open!! ... **If the region moves to a RED stage, our playground capacity will change to 10 people indoors** Masks are required for anyone age 5+ not actively engaged in play. Participants will be required to complete a COVID screen in advance of their arrival. Temperatures are taken prior to entry. Admission for Pre-Registered Open Play is: $10/children 1-12 $5 for infants (under 1) &/or adults As always, if you don't see a day or time that works for you, you can always make a "Pre-registered Play time Request" online through our booking site. Hey Everyone!! Meet our awesome playground supervisor Kara! If you have come for playtime or asked a question about our playground, you’ve probably seen or spoke to Kara! She has been such a fantastic addition to our team here at @rechargeandplay & keeps everything in the playground running smoothly!! Kara is collecting donations for the @ywcakw Emergency Shelter. They are incredibly low on donations this year, & are asking for help from the community. Many of the most vuln...erable people in our community need these everyday hygiene & self-care items! We will be collecting donations at @rechargeandplay for Kara & could use your help!! You can drop any donations off during a playtime visit or during your appointment at @rechargeandplay. Any items you intend on donating, should be new, unused, and in some sort of packaging Suggestions for items: - toothbrushes - toothpaste - feminine care products - bars of soap - shampoo & conditioner - makeup - lotion You could also throw in some other things such as: - gum - mints - socks - hand sanitizer -mini Kleenex packs The cut off date is Dec 5th, so that the items can be quarantined! Happy snowy Sunday friends!! What an amazing day for making snow forts & snowmen! Here is our practitioner availability in the clinic this week. We have some openings for Massage Therapy, Esthetics, Naturopathic Medicine, FREE Chiropractic consults, Reflexology & Lactation Support. ***As our region moves into the RED stage tomorrow morning, our clinic remains open to clients with appointment...s only. Our waiting room continues to be closed & we ask clients to remain either in their vehicles or outside, until their therapist lets them into the building. All clients will continue to be screened in advance of their appointment, as well as on arrival, & masks are required for anyone age 5+. The treatment spaces, washrooms & common surfaces are being sanitized by your therapist between clients*** We also have CHILDMINDING AVAILABLE during appointments this Tuesday from 10am-2pm, so you can take care of yourself, while your kids have fun with our childminder! Are you looking for a great PD Day Camp option for your kids? We are holding our Award Winning PD Day Camps again this year! We will have just one cohort of 9 children & one instructor, and follow all current Public Health guidelines. Our playground is closed to the public while camp is taking place, so the children have plenty of room to social distance within our 3000 square foot indoor playground. The playground is cleaned & sanitized at the start & en...d of each day, and frequent hand-washing is encouraged for staff & campers. Campers & staff will be required to be masked, as the PD Day Camp is a one-off event. Camp hours run from 8:30am-4:30pm, & the cost is $45/child, siblings $35. Early drop off from 8am, and late pickup between 4:30-5:30pm is available at an additional cost. Please pack a healthy lunch, snacks, reusable water bottle & socks for all camp participants. HoHoHo! Here comes the man in red! Santa Claus is coming to Recharge & Play Wellness Café for special visits on Dec 6th, 13th & 19th! We’ll have themed crafts, enjoy a Christmas story read by some of Santa’s helper, and attendees will have exclusive access to our playground!! Santa will join us 30 minutes into the session, where you’ll have the chance for a Private visit & time for photos! ... COVID protocols in place. Masks will be required for anyone age 5+ that is not actively at play. Social distancing measures will be in place. $25/child, $15/siblings. One adult entry included per paying child.
