Happy New Year’s Eve everyone ! We just wanted to let everyone know that we are going to be waiting until the government reassess the closure situation, and our re-opening date before we start booking clients back in. We are keeping our fingers crossed for the 12th though . In the mean time, we will be creating a wait list, so when we do reopen we can start booking everyone in ASAP. Priority will be with people who weren’t able to come to their previously booked appointme...nt due to shut down. But everyone is welcome to join the wait list, wether you are a new or returning guest! The best way to join the wait list is to message us; or message us on our Facebook page or message your stylist. If you don’t have contact information for your stylist, or you don’t have a stylist preference. Please include some information on what you are needing done so we can book the correct amount of time. We miss you all

We are sure most of you have heard that the Province of Alberta is shutting us down as of midnight tonight. This announcement causes a rush of emotions for all of us at the salon. Our clients have been amazing through all of this, always so supportive of us, doing their part in keeping us all safe, wearing masks and using sanitizer while in the salon. We appreciate the group effort you all have made!! And when we get the go ahead to reopen we are confident you’ll be there do...ing what it takes again! For this, we love you!! No case has been tracked back to a hair salon and we will strive to keep it that way! We truly are a team at Riverside Hair Design, we spend more time with each other then we do with our families, so I’m getting a big ok’ lump in my throat thinking about not seeing my family away from family for 4 weeks. We got this!! A few things you should know: Any appointments currently booked beyond Saturday will be first to rebook after we get the go ahead to reopen. If you have an appointment booked today that you can’t make please let us know ASAP as I am sure we will be able to fill. Thank you all for your continued support! Just remember that you guys are the reason we come to work everyday and we already can’t wait for this shut down to be over!!
